"SUNLIT SANDIAS"
12"x24"
#118
SOLD
This used to be the view from the back porch of a house I lived in years ago. It was in the east mountains and I got the most gorgeous sunsets setting on the back of the Sandia mountains from this spot. Love this painting, it takes me back....

"LADIES WAITING"
12"X16"
#117
SOLD
I created another dancer painting to replace one that I sold earlier. This one was completed pretty quickly with lots of loose brush strokes, which sometimes makes for a better painting. I wish I had painted more. And larger.

"AUTUMN FLORAL"
12"x12"
#116
I am so in the fall mood right now. The trees outside my door have beautiful leaves of all different colors at their feet. I've thought about making a bouquet of the flowers that are left outside but of course, I have no time! I love these flowers and the bits of dark red that peek through the bouquet.

"RIO GRANDE GORGE, TAOS"
12"x12"
#115
My second painting of the beautiful and very deep gorge. This one is a little larger and a square, which give it a different feel. After Artfest, I am going to paint a much larger version - maybe 30x40, and see if I can get the depth perception in there a little more.

"DESCANSO TRIO"
10"x10"
#114
I had to add a descanso painting into the mix! I always pass the beautiful displays of crosses, flowers and momentos on the road, but I never have time to turn around and snap a photo. So I usually come up with my own memorials. I like this one with sunflowers.

#61

"APPROACHING THUNDERCLOUDS"
16"x16"
#61
I don't know how I overlooked #61 on my list but with this many paintings, it's definitely possible! This is a nice square (very zen feel) of a New Mexico mesa with an approaching storm. You can still see a tiny bit of sunlight at the top.

"WILD CLOUDS OVER MESA"
12"X24"
#44
I had planned to paint several sunsets and didn't get nearly as many as I wanted (churches also). I like this painting, it is more orange tones in person and reminds me of the New Mexico hills and mountains.
